THE APPLICATION PROCESS
We need to do a credit and affordability check for all applicants and all prospective tenants are screened through our standardised process, before any person is allowed to move into Protea Glen Manor. This is to protect you and protect us.
To qualify: Your net monthly income must be at least 2.5 times the monthly rent.

2-Bedroom Townhouse: Maximum of 4 occupants (e.g., 2 adults and 2 children, or 3 adults and 1 child)
3-Bedroom Townhouse: Maximum of 5 occupants (e.g., 2 adults and 3 children, or 3 adults and 2 children
Note: Any child under the age of 13 years old is considered a child and any child aged 13 years or older is considered an adult for occupancy purposes.
Viewings can be arranged for:
Monday to Friday at 12pm-1pm & 4pm-5pm
Saturdays from 8am-9am
