These standalone properties opposite University of Johannesburg (UJ) Kingsway Campus, Entrance 4, provide student accommodation for NSFAS and Private students mainly studying at the University of Johannesburg.
THE PROPERTIES
Some students prefer to share a house with friends or make new friends this way, others prefer to stay in their own cottage with its own kitchen and bathroom. We have both options available.
Our properties have a team doing the maintenance, cleaning of communal areas as well as the management of the rentals.
Washing machines and free Wi-Fi are available at most of the residences.

THE APPLICATION PROCESS
Below are the documents required to apply for accommodation at our establishments.

If you are a Privately Funded Student, please click here to download the Private Student lease agreement.

If you are funded by NSFAS, please click here to download the NSFAS lease agreement.

After you have completed the lease agreement, please send it back to minky@hlalakamnandi.co.za with the following documents:

Copy of your ID
Copy of your parents ID's
Proof of bursary/NSFAS funding if applicable
(Remember the lease agreement and application form!)

RULES
Our clients are our number one priority, and we’ll go the extra mile to make sure they get the best from their stay. We have learnt many lessons since we started with student accommodation in 1997. This enabled us to compile some guidelines and rules that will make your stay with many other students more pleasant.
